What is the Cost?

$45 PP Online Registration OR $55 PP at Door.

What kind of conference is this?

This is a youth conference hosted by the Marion Avenue Baptist Church of Washington, Iowa. We are a Biblical, Independent, Fundamental Baptist Church. We believe in one Bible, the King James Bible. We believe in old-fashioned Bible preaching, teaching and Christ honoring music. We are not affiliated with or supported by any college or denomination. This is a solid youth conference you can trust.

Who is preaching and singing?

The guest preacher’s pictures will be posted on www.ourtimeyouthconference.com three weeks prior to the conference. You can see last years pictures for an idea of who will be coming. The Epley Family and the Garraways from Marion Avenue Baptist Church will be singing.

What time does the conference start?

The conference will start promptly at 5:30pm on Thursday April 21, 2016. (Registration begins at 3:30pm at the Church)

What time does the conference end?

The conference will end after the evening service on Friday April 22, 2106 (approx. 8:30 PM).

What is included in the cost of registration

Registration includes admittance to the conference, T Shirts, Conference Materials, Meals, Prizes, Ice Skating, Fireworks Show, All activities and more! (Does not include lodging – please see online registration form for lodging details)!

Do chaperones need to pay the registration fee?

Yes, all adults and teens need to register and pay the registration fee. (The only exception is for 1 adult leader per 5 paid delegates)

May we register added delegates at the conference?

Yes, delegates may register at the conference, but we cannot promise additional lodging to accommodate those delegates.

Who is allowed to attend the conference?

6th Grade through 25 years old as delegates. Nurseries will be provided for youth worker’s children ages 3mo – 2 years old.

Is there airport transportation?

If the need for airport transportation is indicated on your registration form, please send your travel itinerary with group size and contact information to pastor@marionavenuebaptist.com.

How do I get my seats?

There is no prior conference reserved seating. Seating will be given on a first-come, first-served basis for all delegates. Delegates should sit with the church they are registered with.

How can I participate in the Talent Competition?

The talent competition will be held Friday morning at 7:30am. Each contestant must fill out this online form to register.

What is the dress code?

Each group must have a dress code in place and enforced by the individual youth directors and group leaders. Church dress would be appropriate for the Thursday evening session. Casual dress can be worn on Friday.
